First Time Users
1.) Click on the gray login box where it asks if you want a massage
2.) Click "sign up" and complete the required information section on the screen that appears
3.) Choose "save" at the bottom
- It's that easy!
Now go to "Schedule" on the menu and book your massage.
TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT (you must be logged in)
Go to 'Schedule' on the menu
1.) Choose the type of massage you want
2.) Click a date on the calendar
3.) Scroll down and pick a time listed.... your done!

When I try to log-in and hit 'enter' nothing happens
Instead of hitting 'enter', actually click on "log in"
How do I cancel an appointment I made online? Go to your "Account Summary". It lists appointments you have coming up. Click on "cancel appointment". The screen will update for you.
I forgot my password or login information. What do I do?
I do not have access to your passwords. Just create your account over again and go from there. The system is updated constantly throughout the day and when I see your name or account twice I will erase the oldest one. If you have any problems at all please do not hesitate to email me stillnessoflight@yahoo.com or call 215-837-7870 I can simply delete the old account so you can start fresh.
Why don't I see any times available?
After you clicked a date on the calendar, scroll down a little to view a list of available time slots. If you see "no appointments available", all the time slots for that particular day have been taken. Browse another date, or you can email me stillnessoflight@yahoo.com or call 215-837-7870 with the date and time your looking for and I'll let you know if an opening occurs.
Multiple, same-day, and evening appointments
You can only make another appointment after the initial one is completed. Two hours notice must be given for same day appointments. If the system doesn't have enough notice just give me a call to get you in. Evening appointments are considered past 6:00 p.m. Please call by 4:00 p.m. for same day evening appointments. Appointments made in advance can be made for any time available on the scheduler.
After I logged in, new tabs appeared. What are they for?
Account Summary tells you about your account, Account History tells you of your appointment activity, and Preferences is a short questionaire that is optional to fill out - it gives me a snapshot of what your needing for your appointment.
How do I know my appointment is booked with you?
As soon as you book an appointment online 2 things happen: you get a verification on the computer screen, and I get a text message automatically sent to my cell phone as soon as an appointment is booked. I will usually call to confirm your online booking. You will get an email & reminder before your appointement.
How do I book an appointment next month?
The system will only allow booking within a 30 day period. Call me to see what we can set up.
What are out-calls?
Out-calls are when a massage therapist is willing to go to your personal home or a business office to conduct the massage session. At this time only chair massage, for gatherings/ events, is available for outcalls.
Do I need to come early to my appointment?
Yes, for your first session only for about 10 minutes, just long enough to fill a short intake form. The office is only manned 'by appointment' so if you choose to arrive more than 15 minutes early I may still be in session with another client, or not available yet.
